100g Chocolate of your choice to melt
8-10 Medjool Dates
Approx 1/3 cup of cashew butter (you can substitute for any other nut butter)
White sea salt flakes to top

- Line a baking tray with baking paper or a reusable baking sheet.
- De-pit your Medjool dates and set them aside.
- Melt your chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie) method.
- Use a spoon to stuff the middle of the dates with nut butter and dip into the chocolate to coat.
- Place onto your baking tray.
- Once all dates are coated with chocolate, top with white sea salt flakes and set in your fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- You can also set them in the freezer for a delicious frozen treat!
