Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and either offer you a replacement or refund you for that item, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to certain postcodes within Bath & Bristol. These include:
Bath: BA1 & BA2
Bristol: BS1, BS2, BS3, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS20, BS41, BS48, BS4, BS10, BS11, BS13, BS14, BS34, BS16, BS30, BS31, BS32, BS36, BS35, BS37, BS21, BS49, BS40, BS39
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you on the day of your delivery. Delivery times are estimates. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order on the date you have selected.
If you are not in when we try and make a delivery, we will leave your order in a 'safe spot'. If one is not clearly available, we will not be able to redeliver. You will need to collect your order in store or pay for redelivery.

5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.
6. Returns
We cannot accept any returns unless the product is damaged or the incorrect product was delivered.
