Your order will be ready for collection the next day after an order is placed, or on the date you have chosen. All orders must be collected after 12pm and before 6pm please.

Please have your order number handy to show our staff.

Your order will be delivered between 10am - 6pm on the day you have selected. We will send you an email on the morning of your delivery with a narrower time slot.

 Our Covid-19 Approach

Please do not enter the store should you have any cold and flu symptoms such as cough, headache, fever, sore throat and loss of taste or smell. 

All customers must wear a mask while shopping with us. Customers will not be permitted into our store without a mask. If you are medically exempt, kindly show your medical exemption to our staff.

Please use our 'click & collect' or delivery service if you prefer not to wear a mask. 

Hygiene Practices

We are currently making every endeavour to maintain the highest standards of hygiene in our stores, including the frequent replacing and disinfecting of all scoops and bulk bins. Kindly use hand sanitiser when entering the store which is located by the entrance. We have also stopped all testers and samples of all products during this time.

Social Distancing Measures

For the safety of our customers and staff and to enable appropriate social distancing measures, in line with government regulations, we are currently only permitting a maximum of 6-8 people in the stores at any one time, depending on the size of the store. Please keep a 2 meter distance from our staff and other customers.

Payments

We are only accepting cashless payments at this time. 

We undertake every endeavour to source our products as locally as possible, from sustainable and ethical suppliers and producers. We work with many local suppliers to provide us with 100% zero-waste products by supplying their products to us in reusable tubs, which they then collect, sterilise and refill with new products, creating a circular zero-waste economy. 

Scoop Wholefoods in the UK is independently owned by Stephie & Rich. Scoop Wholefoods was originally founded in Australia by Jeremy & Bettina Kirk, who continue to run their family business there, along with their 3 daughters and their partners. A true family affair!
