Almond Oil Bath Salts

A bath just isn’t complete without bath salts! They help your body and mind unwind and have all sorts of different benefits depending on the essential oils that you choose. This recipe is super simple to make and will undoubtedly leave you feeling rejuvenated! You can use any essential oils that you like with this recipe. We love Lavender & Patchouli. These calming oils will help bring your nervous system into balance and leave you in a feeling of bliss.

1 cup Himalayan salt* (or you can use atlantic sea salt, epsom salts and magnesium flakes).

2 tsp almond oil*

3 drops essential oil* - we love Lavender*, Patchouli* or Eucalyptus

All ingredients with an * can be found at Scoop Wholefoods.

  1. Mix the oils together first.
  2. Add the salt to a glass jar and stir in the oil mixture.
  3. Use ¾ cup-2 cups of these bath salts per bath to reap all the benefits.
