Banana & Nut Butter Mini-Pies

Raw. vegan and refined sugar free. They are so delicious and packed with healthy wholefoods. I guarantee they will be loved by kids and grown-ups alike.

1 cup GF oats
1 cup medjool dates
1/2 cup pecans

2 bananas
1/2 cup nut butter (I used our Salty Peanut & Choc nut butter)
10g cacao nibs (optional)

Whizz up the oats, dates and pecans in a food processor until they form a sticky dough.

Take a large tablespoons worth of dough, flatten into a disc and place in a muffin tray to form the base of the pies. Press them gently to take the shape of the tray.

Whizz up the bananas and nut butter and fill the pies with about a tablespoons worth of filling.

Top with slices banana or cacao nibs. Allow to chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
