Protein Power Bowl
Start the day with a bowl full of plant protein goodness.
Prep a big bowl the night before and enjoy a quick breakfast in the morning.
Only delicious, natural, healthy ingredients. Absolutely no refined sugars and can be both Vegan and Gluten Free.
1/2 cup coconut cream* (or yoghurt)
4 tbsp protein powder* (I used our chocolate one)
1.5 cups plant milk*
2 tbsp cacao powder*
4 tbsp almond meal* or flax meal*
1 cup oats*
1/4 cup chia seeds*
Dump all the ingredients except the oats into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
Place in a large bowl, add the oats and chill overnight. Serve with your favourite toppings.
