Almond Oil Bath Salts

A bath just isn’t complete without bath salts! They help your body and mind unwind and have all sorts of different benefits depending on the essential oils that you choose.

This recipe is super simple to make and will undoubtedly leave you feeling rejuvenated! You can use any essential oils that you like with this recipe. We love Lavender & Patchouli. These calming oils will help bring your nervous system into balance and leave you in a feeling of bliss.

When making your own essential oil mix, always mix it with a carrier oil before adding it to your bath. Why’s that? Because oil likes to float in water and will stick to surfaces they touch, like your skin. Plus a concentrated essential oil could irritate your skin if not diluted in a carrier oil. Avoid essential oils that can irritate or burn the skin such as cinnamon, oregano, peppermint, and clove.
